Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- How do I reset my password? You don't need to as we don't use passwords just use your Google or Apple Account to sign in.
- How can I update my profile information? Go to the settings page in the app. Here you can update your personal information, including your name, email, Profile Pic.
- How do I add a new item to my inventory? Tap the "+" button on the main screen, take a photo of the item, and the app will fill in the necessary details. The app will categorize the item automatically.
- Can I share my inventory with others? NO, you can not share your inventory for now. We might add this in the future.
- How do I backup my data? Saamaan automatically saves your data to the cloud. When you delete your account, all the items are then deleted.
- What should I do if I encounter a technical issue? If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team at support@saamaanapp.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
